Mission Statement

The Fattal Foundation provides financial assistance to Patients and their Families and supports Doctors specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant Research and their goal to improve the quality of care and long-term survival of their Patients.

eventeen years ago I was fortunate to be accepted by Stanford University Medical Center Bone Marrow Transplant Department for Treatment against recurring Hodgkin’s disease. The care and support that I received from the Doctors was a true gift of their dedication and passion to help others.

During the past years I have spoken with many patients and I emphasize to them that having a positive attitude is the best medicine that they can give themselves. I know that I am blessed to be able to enjoy my life with my Husband, Family and Friends, and I always had the desire to give back. In 2003, I established The Fattal Foundation to bring awareness and support to Bone Marrow Transplants, honor my Doctors and help others in their survival.

The Fattal Foundation is a Non Profit Foundation that will annually produce ‘A Celebration of Life’ Fundraising Event, which will directly benefit Stanford University Medical Center’s Bone Marrow Transplant Department. The Foundation’s goal is to have as much services as possible donated, so that a greater amount of the proceeds may be presented.
